How do I reserve equipment?
You can select your item(s), the desired rental period and follow the checkout process on our website. For rentals beyond 2 weeks contact us directly. We’ll confirm availability and send you a rental agreement to secure your booking.
Do you take deposits on rentals to reserve them?
Rentals need to be paid in full to reserve items.
Do you offer delivery?
Rental collection and drop off by the customer is preferred, but we do offer delivery and pickup services when our team has availability. An additional fee will apply and pricing varies based on location and order size.
If you need delivery or pickup, we’re happy to check our schedule. Please submit your request in the ‘order notes’ during checkout for review. If we can accommodate your request we will update your order and send it you for approval.
Can I pick up the equipment myself?
Absolutely. Rental collection and drop off by the customer is preferred. We will communicate the pick up location and time upon booking.
How long is the rental period?
Standard rentals are for 24 hours, but items can be rented for longer and we offer rental discounts as rental periods increase. Discounts are built into the rental cost of an item, where applicable, as you select your desired dates. For rentals longer than 14 days contact us for availability and rates.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes, extensions are available based on inventory. Contact us as soon as possible to request additional time.
What happens if something breaks?
Normal wear is expected. However, damage caused by misuse, loss, or neglect may result in repair or replacement fees for the renter.
What if I return equipment late?
Late returns may incur additional fees. If you anticipate a delay, please contact us as soon as possible.
Do I need to clean the equipment before returning it?
Basic cleaning is appreciated. Items are expected to be returned in the same condition it was rented. Excessive dirt, spills, or damage may result in cleaning fees.
What payment methods do you accept for equipment rentals?
Bank transfers are accepted. Cash may be accepted on small rental orders.
Does rental of your equipment require a refundable security deposit/breakage fee?
Yes. A small number of our specialty items do require a refundable security deposit or breakage fee. If an item has a deposit attached, it will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order request.
Can I rent an item for longer than 14 days?
For rentals longer than 14 days contact us for availability and special rates.
How far in advance can I reserve a rental with PlayNation?
Our rental calendar typically opens 6–12 months in advance, depending on the item and season. We are not able to confirm rentals booked too far ahead, but you’re welcome to reconnect once the booking window for your date becomes available.
Do longer rentals qualify for discounted rates?
Yes. Many of our items use tiered pricing, where reduced rates apply once you reach the required rental duration for that product. These discounts vary by item and are already reflected in the pricing shown on our website, so you’ll always see the correct rate for the length of your rental
Events FAQ
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for signature events and at least 8 weeks in advance for tailored events. Last‑minute bookings may be available depending on our schedule and may be subject to additional fees.
Do you offer weekday bookings?
We primarily accept weekend bookings, but we can occasionally accomodate Friday evenings depending on the event requirements and our available resources.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your event date. Full payment also is due before the event and the deadline for each would be communicated and outlined in the invoice.
Do you offer themed events?
Absolutely! Some of our signature PlayNation experiences are themed, and we offer custom themes as well upon request.
Elimination Games, Crazy Olympics, Minute Mayhem, Survivor Expedition, and the E-Bike Party Experience are themed events.
How much do your events cost?
Pricing varies based on event type, duration, group size, and location.
Our PlayNation Classic Mix is a flat rate of $600. With this event there is no customization option or team coordination required. It includes a preset mix of games that guests choose to participate in at their leisure. Perfect for small and large group gatherings where you want participation to be more optional.
A non‑themed PlayNation Signature Event begins at $1,800 for a group size of 30 participants, with optional add‑ons available. Non-themed and the themed events are fully immersive, featuring structured team play with point tracking and involve a greater level of planning and coordination.
How do I book a PlayNation event?
You can submit a booking request/customization form through our website or contact us directly. We’ll confirm availability, walk you through the options to help you secure your date.
Can an event be customized?
Yes. We can customize experiences to your group size, goals, and vibe. We can adjust games, timing, and difficulty levels to suit your audience.
Do you come to my location?
Yes, we are a mobile event service. We bring everything to your venue, whether it’s a home, office, school, rented space, or island! We can also recommend locations or venues you can book.
How much space do I need?
Most events require a clear indoor or outdoor area. Once we know your event type and group size, we’ll advise on the ideal setup, and space needed.
What equipment do you provide?
We provide all game materials, props, tech, and supplies needed for your chosen experience.
What if rain is forecasted for a planned outdoor event?
We’ll work with you on a backup indoor plan, if applicable, or a rain date, if needed. Further details are outlined in the Client Terms & Conditions Agreement for event bookings.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made by the client 14 business days or more, prior to the event date may receive a partial or full refund. After that window, deposits and or balances are non‑refundable.
Specific details on the cancellation policy are outlined in the Client General Terms & Conditions Agreement that is reviewed and signed by all booked clients.
What payment method do you accept for events?
Bank transfers are accepted for events. The banking details would be communicated and outlined on the event invoice.
