4. Participant Waiver Records and Client Agreements
We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering for an event or signing a Participate Liability Waiver or Client General Terms & Conditions Agreement. This includes:
- Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and physical address.
- Emergency Contact Information: Name and phone number of a designated contact person not attending the event.
- Sensitive Personal Information (Health Data): Information regarding allergies for safety purposes.
- Waiver Records: Digital or physical copies of signed client general terms and conditions agreement and participant liability waivers, including dates and signatures.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except when required by law or necessary to fulfill your request (e.g., coordinating a rental agreement), or in the event of a medical emergency (e.g., sharing your emergency information with medical professionals).

- Liability Waivers: Signed waivers and associated participant data are retained for 6 years from the date of the event. This aligns with the limitation period for bringing personal injury claims under Bermuda law.
- General Records: Other administrative records are retained for 5 years in accordance with the Companies Act.
After the retention period expires, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
